Types of materials and technologies for building frame houses

The concept of a frame house should be taken literally. Such a building really consists of an internal frame, to which special materials are mounted from the outside and inside. How does the construction of a turnkey frame house work and how much does it cost?

The first stage of frame construction is the creation of the foundation. Most often, columnar-strip or pile foundations are used for buildings of this type. The main supporting structure is the frame. In the case of its manufacture from wood, the material is pre-calibrated, dried and treated with antiseptic solutions.

The installation of the frame part and the assembly of the house is carried out according to the selected method. Builders work according to the project, having a clear plan for the location of racks, beams, rafters. Each wall panel is drawn on this plan, which completely eliminates the need to think "on the fly".

The next stage is the installation of roofing material. Most often, various types of tiles, rebates, PVC membranes, etc. are used for the roof.
