Barbecue is one of the most popular outdoor stoves, thanks to which you can cook food in the fresh air. Usually they are installed in recreation areas - in gazebos, on terraces or street kitchens, having the appearance of a side structure in a variety of designs.

Barbecues can be the simplest model or the most complex version, which is equipped with additional elements. Depending on the purpose and your own wishes, you can choose different functionality of the stove. The safest, most practical and reliable option is considered a stationary model. These are side structures, which are most often built of brick and can last for several decades. The main advantages of such structures are the maximum set of functions and the ability to cook a huge number of dishes. Usually, as a result of building a barbecue, the customer receives a full-fledged kitchen for cooking dishes over an open fire.

Choosing a location and features of building barbecues and fireplaces

There are many designs of barbecue ovens. The simplest version, which has a roasting pan or grill, can be installed in almost any gazebo. It does not take up much space, is relatively light in weight, and therefore does not require a strong foundation. Quite often, such designs are equipped with a small tabletop and shelves for dishes.

However, multifunctional oven complexes that are installed in gazebos are considered more interesting. In addition to the traditional roasting pan and grill, they can also have a smokehouse, a cooking surface with regular ring burners or a cauldron, a fireplace, an oven, a grill and much more. For greater convenience in using such complexes, they can also be equipped with a work table, shelves for storing dishes, a sink, a place to store firewood and other useful options. In some cases, convenient additions can even include a wine cabinet and a refrigerator.

The following materials are most often used to build a barbecue area:

  • brick - it must be fireproof and retain heat;
  • concrete powder - for mixing the building mixture;
  • wire and reinforcement for the foundation;
  • wood for fixing the countertop;
  • boards for arranging the formwork;
  • ruberoid;
  • metal pipe of medium thickness;
  • ordinary brick;
  • cladding material - tiles that withstand and retain heat;
  • additional decorative elements - if they are provided for by the project.

The exact amount of materials used is calculated taking into account the selected design of the structure, as well as the type of masonry and the dimensions of the object. If desired, you can arrange two work tables and think about placing other furniture for the stove.

Features and advantages of building a turnkey fireplace or barbecue area

If you do not have experience in construction, if you need to build a fireplace or barbecue area, it is advisable to contact construction companies for services.

Most often, they offer a turnkey format, which involves the implementation of absolutely all stages, including project development and removal of construction debris. Most often, their service includes the stages of creating a drawing and choosing a design, conducting preparatory work, directly building the barbecue, finishing with the selected material and handing over the object to the customer.

During the development of the project, the authors necessarily take into account the wishes of the homeowners and rely on generally accepted construction standards. Builders carry out the preparatory stage, marking out the territory and pouring the foundation. The construction process involves installing the walls of the bottom of the firebox, installing a chimney pipe. If the project plans to build a canopy, then it is also carried out at the same stage until the furnace dries. The cladding of the structure is carried out last.

Each turnkey barbecue project is developed individually for certain features of the gazebo and the wishes of the client. Therefore, for each individual construction, the cost will be different, since it depends on:

  • the level of complexity of the building project;
  • the design of the stove;
  • the volume of work;
  • the amount of material used;
  • the features of the decoration;
  • the need for additional work.

Designers offer both standard options and can adjust them to the needs of the customer. RСC ALBA specialists take on the most complex projects, since their experience and engineering knowledge allow them to cope with virtually any tasks.
