Bathhouse in Romankov village

The customer already had a foundation made in the form of a reinforced concrete slab.

We have done the following:

• assembled and insulated the frame
• assembled and insulated the roof, covered it with metal tiles and installed snow guards,
• installed the roof lining and drainage system
• installed a chimney on which a cap was installed
• sheathed the chimney pipe with fireproof wool
• sheathed the walls and ceiling outside with false beams + glued rope to the corners
• installed 2 windows and an entrance door
• installed electrical and plumbing inside
• sheathed the walls and ceiling with clapboard
• assembled shelves in the steam room
• made a screed and laid tiles
• installed a toilet, boiler, shower and stove for the steam room itself
• installed doors to the bathroom and the steam room
• laid decking on the veranda and installed wooden railings
• laid paving slabs around the bathhouse
• finally cleaned up and took out the trash
